Putting how your server and Network Infrastructure down onto paper can be very tricky and time consuming process, but a necessary task for all responsible organisations.

We work either independently or alongside current technical staff to document the network topology and all the devices on it, server infrastructure, Windows environment, storage devices, credentials, processes and back-ups routines. This information can be used as for many purposes such as reference for new and existing staff, external consultants, projects and to ensure critical ‘know how’ is never lost.
